    All participants, instructors and staff must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

    All participants, instructors, and staff agree to provide proof of vaccination no later than 90 days prior to the start of the workshop or participation will be cancelled. 50% of participant/student deposit will be forfeited.

  • I understand and agree:

    Upon arrival, all participants, instructors, and staff will be asked questions about possible symptoms. Anyone with symptoms of Covid-19 will be denied entrance to the workshop until a negative Covid-19 test is obtained. Shenandoah CREATES will not be responsible for lodging, travel or any other expenses associated with COVID-19 symptoms, exposure or illness.

  • I understand and agree:

    Masks are recommended. Shenandoah CREATES reserves the right to require masks if local conditions and/or CDC or governmental guidance indicates that they are needed.

    Social distancing is encouraged.

  • I understand and agree:

    Hand sanitizer will be available during the workshop.

  • I understand and agree:

    Participants, instructors, and staff agree to forfeit their attendance if they or anyone in their home is feeling sick or displays any symptoms of COVID- 19.

  • I understand and agree:

    All cancellations policies are enforced regardless of the reason for cancellation. Shenandoah CREATES recommends that you quarantine for 14 days prior to the workshop, depending upon your local situation, to avoid contracting COVID-19 and jeopardizing your participation.
